Marina Dumakude
Managing Director
After gaining valuable experience at Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) and Eskom, Marina established Tanguliza Services in 2005 with co-director Zee Cele. She is responsible for both the day-to-day running of the company, especially overseeing project management portfolios, and she continues to guide Tanguliza as the scope and scale of its projects grow.
In addition to her fourteen years’ experience, Marina holds a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, a Management Advancement Programme (MAP) from Wits Business School and a Graduate Diploma in Engineering (GDE) from Wits University.
Zee Cele
Financial Director
As a co-founder of Tanguliza, Zee has played an integral role in directing the execution of the company’s project management operations for more than ten years. Her ability to envision projects from concept to closure is one of Tanguliza’s most valuable assets.
Zee’s training includes a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University (USA) as well as a Business Management diploma from the University of Natal. She currently oversees company finances, budgets and forecasting.
Itumeleng Modiega
Database Controller and Auditor
Since joining Tanguliza in 2012, Itumeleng has become a valuable part of the team, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and contributing to day-to-day office management.
